AC Milan have started off their summer mercato early. According to reports, Sampdoria left-back, Ivan Strinic will join up with the Rossoneri shortly after the Serie A season comes to a close.
This move is a typical 'Bosman' deal that will see Strinic move to Milan as soon as his deal with Sampdoria expires.
The news was broken by Di Marzio:

Strinic at the age of 30 will help solidify Milan's left flank and is a decent all round signing for the club.
Ivan has made 14 league appearances for his current club in this current season, and although he is ageing, would represent a solid depth move for a Milan side in need of rotation options. While he might not be the most exciting signing for Milan, there's no denying that he will be a steady hand on shaky ground!
At the very least, it shows that Milan's current ownership will continue to spend on wages, despite reigning in the transfer funds.
