News has emerged overnight that Gianluigi Donnarumma is considering Milan’s contract offer once more and is seriously revisiting the idea of staying at AC Milan. After Mino Raiola’s antics of the past few days, it appears that the family of Gianluigi has reached out to the young goalkeeper in an attempt to change his mind. This possibly follows conversations with Milan CEO Marco Fassone who has been working his charm on the media and Gigio for the past few days.
The most telling words come from Donnarumma’s brother-in-law who spoke to Il Mattino that were picked up by Milan Eye on Twitter:

It is becoming more and more clear with each passing day that this could be a case of mixed communication. Gigio has made his desire clear to stay and if Milan can present a new offer, it’s likely he’ll sign a new contract. We’ve heard that before though.
We’ll expect to hear a new answer from Gigio soon - as he consults his family and agent once more
