AC Milan have proudly unveiled their second signing of a busy summer today - with Franck Kessié the latest man to don the red & black stripes.

Kessié arrives from Serie A high-flyers Atalanta on a two year loan deal with an obligation to buy - which is effectively a permanent transfer. We’re pretty sure it’s a loan deal due to Kessié’s medical history, which was a stumbling block earlier this week and delayed the transfer so more rigorous testing could be performed.
All signs point to those tests being positive and Franck Kessié is now a Milan player - offering much needed mettle to a rather soft midfield - which relied mostly on the presence of Juraj Kucka, who wasn’t even a first team player, to get things done if the creative path wasn’t working.
This is a positive signing for Milan, and will give them energy to a stale midfield and hopefully bolster the man who joins Milan to lead the line - which could be Alvaro Morata!
