AC Milan kick off their pre-season today with their first friendly against Serie C side Lumezzane at Milanello. The game will be played behind closed doors but the match will be streamed. The game kicks of at 17:00 CEST. This is a preparatory game before the squad travels to the United States to participate in the ‘Soccer Champions Tour.’
Milan played Lumezzane in the winter as well prevailing 3-2 but had to fight hard for the win as the visitors took the lead twice. Adli scored a lovely solo goal and Primavera players Alesi and Victor closed out the game. Lumezzane have been promoted to Serie C this season and will be looking to make an impression again.
