AC Milan host Cremonese at the San Siro tonight as the Rossoneri search for their second win in the previous five games which sees the side dangling outside the top four. Milan are tied on points with Inter Milan and AS Roma at 57 but remain three points of Juventus in third place. The race for the Champions League is tight and Milan have two head-to-heads against Lazio and Juventus yet to come.

Stefano Pioli will be going with one of his heaviest rotations yet in the league in recent weeks despite the numerous dropped points. Cremonese sit in 19th place but have been tricky for some teams such as Napoli with goals from former Milan youth player Frank Tsadjout. The game will have a real Belgian feel as Vranckx, Saelemaekers, De Ketelaere and Origi are all set to start together.

Expected Line Up (4-2-3-1): Maignan, Calabria, Kalulu, Thiaw, Hernandez, Vranckx, Bennacer, Saelemaekers, De Ketelaere, Diaz, Origi.
