AC Milan are reporting on their website that another first team player has tested positive for the coronavirus ahead of the clash with AS Roma in the league. Given the privacy of the player, the team has not disclosed who has tested positive but this will become clear once the squad list is released tomorrow ahead of the clash at the San Siro.

Milan must be wary as these are two positive COVID tests in a very short period which could potentially signal a surge in cases amongst the squad this weekend if the players had mixed.

Milan have a tough run of fixtures in the next 60 days which includes AS Roma, Juventus, Inter Milan and Napoli hence the fitness and health of the players needs to be the top priority or the club will struggle and waste the season.

As we reported here, goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu has tested positive and hence will miss the game too.
