Antonio Vitiello on Youtube is reporting that AC Milan have failed to secure a move away for right winger Samu Castillejo. There was a possibility for him to join CSKA Moscow at the last moment but the talks were difficult and the time was too short to close a deal. The player will remain until January and likely be sold then.
Carlo Pellegatti on his channel via MilanLive.it is reporting that Castillejo is not convinced by the move to Russia and this will likely hold up any potential deadline day agreement today.
Tuttosport via MilanNews.it are reporting that CSKA Moscow pushed pretty hard this past week to find an agreement and secure a deal for the player. They state that the agreement with Milan was close if not there but the agreement with the player has been missing all along.
The winger is unlikely to get much playing time as he is behind Alexis Saelemaekers, Alessandro Florenzi and Junior Messias in the pecking order.
