Fabrizio Romano is reporting that AC Milan and Chelsea FC have found an agreement for the transfer of midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko. The Frenchman will return to the San Siro after two seasons away on loan at AS Monaco and Napoli. He will arrive on a two year paid loan with an option to buy. The loan will cost 500k euros per year and the buy out is set at 15 million euros. The player has extended his contract with Chelsea by two years to facilitate this move.

Gianluca di Marzio speaking on his show via MilanNews.it has confirmed the same report and quotes the same figures. The 27 year old will likely be in Milan today to undertake his medicals before closing the deal. The player will likely be available following the international break.

The midfielder played 42 games for the Rossoneri in his season under Gennaro Gattuso, he managed to score a goal against Inter Milan and provide an assist against Juventus.
