An English newspaper, the Daily Star have released an exclusive report claiming that AC Milan are working on a move for Portugal international Bernardo Silva from Manchester City as they player has lost his place under Pep Guardiola. The reported plan for Milan will be a paid loan for two years with an obligation to buy. The fee for the loan would be about 17.5 million euros and the buy out clause would be about 35 million euros.

Silva will likely get much less playing time since the arrival of Jack Grealish for a record breaking 100 million pounds. Milan have been scanning the market for a right winger and an attacking midfielder, so the player would be an amazing addition as he can cover both roles and is a significant upgrade on Samu Castillejo. He also brings UCL experience and a winning mentaltiy.

The rumour must be taken with a grain of salt as there have been no confirmations from the usual Milan sources.
