AC Milan have officially announced on their website the signing of right back Alessandro Florenzi from AS Roma on a year long loan with an option to buy. The player will wear the number 25 shirt for the season.
MilanNews.it have confirmed that the deal is a year long loan for 1 million euros with an option to buy set at 4.5 million euros. The player arrived in Milan yesterday morning to complete the deal.
Pietro Balzano Prota added that Florenzi underwent his medicals at the La Madonnina Clinic and further sporting tests yesterday afternoon and he signed shirts for a number of Milan fans who were waiting outside. The player then went to Casa Milan to sign his contract and made the deal official. The player could be included in the squad for match day one or two for the Rossoneri as the season kicks off this weekend as he has already joined the squad in training.
The former AS Roma captain will play for his third club in three season following loan spells at Valencia and PSG.
