AC Milan Women face Hoffenheim in the round 1 finals of the UEFA Women’s Champions League following their 2-1 victory over FC Zurich earlier this week. The game will be played in Zurich once again as Valentina Giacinti looks to lead the squad into round 2 of the qualification stage of the competition. The captain will be looking to continue her fiery start to the season with that brace in the first game as the Rossonere look to qualify for the group stages of the UWCL in their first ever run in the tournament.

Hoffenheim beat Valur 1-0 in their first knockout game. They finished third in the Bundesliga last season as Nicole Billa rampaged the league with her 23 goals and 6 assists. Billa scored the winner in the previous game and promises to be a handful against us.

Expected Line Up: Giuliani, Andersen, Arnadottir (Codina), Agard, Fusetti, Adami, Jane, Bergamaschi, Boquete, Giacinti, Thomas.
