AC Milan Closer To Completing Signing For Young Bordeaux Midfielder As Season Opener Beckons

Milan are working to secure some depth for the midfield ahead of the new season following Kessie’s injury.

Calcio Mercato are reporting that AC Milan have an agreement in principle with Bordeuax to sign young midfielder Yacine Adli. The deal will be for about 10 million euros including bonuses as they player will be presented with a four year contract at Milan to be the fourth midfielder in the rotation.

Tuttosport via MilanLive.it are adding that the agreement has been found and go as far as to claim the payer will arrive in Italy in the coming days to undergo his medicals and sign his contract.

A number of reports suggested that Adli was on the bench for Bordeaux’s game this past weekend due to injury or as a technical decision but Nicolo Schira is reporting that it is an indication that we are close to an agreement for the player and he will likely join Milan this week. The player came off the bench during the game to play for 22 minutes in the 2-2 draw with Marseille.
