Gianluca di Marzio is reporting that AC Milan could close the deal for right back Alessandro Florenzi shortly as AS Roma have opened up to the idea of a loan with an option to buy the former captain. Milan will likely have to pay for the loan to secure the veteran as depth for Davide Calabria. The report states that Milan will pay 1 million euros for the loan and have the option to buy him out at 3.5-4 million euros. The agreement is very close.
Daniele Longo is reporting the same and emphasising the it will be an option to buy and not an obligation. He reports that the deal should be done in 24/48 hours.
Peppe di Stefano via MilanNews.it is reporting that Milan had continued talks with Roma late last week and over the weekend to unlock the deal. There were promising talks yesterday morning where Roma have chanced their stance hence making the deal extremely likely to be closed now.
