Gianluca di Marzio via MilanNews.it is reporting that AC Milan continue to communicate with Bordeaux to find an agreement for midfielder Yacine Adli. The 21 year old midfielder is considered to be an option for the fourth midfielder spot in Stefano Pioli’s squad. Milan are working to find the right fee and bonus structure to sign Adli as they do not want it to be too costly of an operation for a depth player.
Adli played 36 games last season across the league and cup where he scored 2 goals and provided 5 assists. The player has 69 caps for Bordeaux since joining them from Paris Saint Germain, he was a part of their youth system. He has been capped by the France U20, U19, U18, U17 and U16 teams.
Bordeaux President Gerard Lopez has confirmed the approach as he spoke to RMC Sport and declared,
“Milan are interested, we are talking about it. We will see if this transfer will take place in the next few days.”
