AC Milan’s Squad To Face OGC Nice Tonight; Three Players Out but Maignan and Giroud Set For Debut

As per Antonio Vitiello, below is AC Milan’s squad travelling to France to face OGC Nice in the first friendly of the Socis.com European Summer Tour.

Goalkeepers: Maignan, Tatarusanu.

Defenders: Tomori, Calabria, Romagnoli, Hernandez, Ballo-Toure, Caldara, Conti, Gabbia.

Midfielders: Di Gesù, Krunic, Tonali, Pobega, Saelemaekers, Robotti.

Attackers: Rebic, Leao, Diaz, Giroud, Castillejo, Maldini.

Milan have confirmed on their website that Bennacer has been excluded from the team because he has tested positive for the coronavirus and must now self isolate. Bennacer had not been in contact with the team for a week and all the rest have tested negative.

Jens Petter Hauge has been dropped from the squad as a technical decision also as Ante Rebic returned this week. This is a sign that the player will likely exit in this window.

Lorenzo Colombo is also not a part of the squad as he is expected to complete a loan move to SPAL in the coming days.
