Antonio Vitiello is reporting that AC Milan are in a conundrum for the right wing position. The Rossoneri want to sell Samu Castillejo but the player does not seem to want to leave the club at the moment. A number of teams from La Liga have been interested in the player as there have been exchanges with Espanyol, Villarreal and Real Betis. The only issue with these requests is that they want the player on loan at the moment whilst the Rossoneri want to sell outright. The report goes on to note that Josip Ilicic from Atalanta is a target to replace him as he would be a cost effective purchase and an experienced winger in Serie A.
An older report from MilanNews.it notes that Castillejo would command about 5 million euros at the moment and anything above that would be a bonus. The 26 year old played 43 games for Milan last season scoring 3 goals and providing 4 assists in all competitions.
