Antonio Vitiello is reporting that AC Milan are assessing the opportunity to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Brandt as a trequartista for the club this summer.
Alessandro Jacobone was the one who raised Brandt’s name is reporting that Milan will make an approach for a loan with an option to buy as the player does not seem happy in Germany. He was used much more as a substitute last season by Edin Terzic and in a variety of positions. He played 45 games scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists, he only started 22 of those games.
Daniele Longo is reporting that the idea of Brandt arose when Dortmund made an enquiry with Milan for Rafael Leao. Milan appreciate the player but there is nothing advanced.
MilanNews.it are reporting that Brandt is a hot track for the attacking midfielder at the moment as the Rossoneri are focusing more on the foreign market than the domestic one for this search. Other options remain Ilicic from Atalanta or Vlasic from CSKA Moscow.
