Yesterday, there second round of games for the Men’s Football took place at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. AC Milan have two players participating in the tournament in Pierre Kalulu with France and Franck Kessie with Ivory Coast. Both players had positive results as France beat South Africa 4-3 and Ivory Coast drew 0-0 with favourites Brazil.
Kalulu is holding up well in defence as he is the starting centre back for his U23 squad but is being let down by his opposite teammate Nkounkou just as with the first game. Kalulu has had to clean up messes at the back but is showing himself to be very adaptable. Kalulu still needs to improvise his positioning and his awareness but otherwise looks promising.
Kessie was once again a dominant presence against Brazil bossing the midfield. His strength was incredible in holding on to possession and winning possession. He was more focused on the defensive side of the play but was unable to create a spark in attack in the 0-0 draw.
