AC Milan are gearing up for their second pre season friendly of the 2021/22 season. The Rossoneri were initially expected to face Juventus but the game fell through due to issues with the organisation of the game. Milan will instead face Serie C side Modena at 4pm CEST (5pm BST). Milan have a few more players in the squad since the first friendly as Brahim Diaz and Fode Ballo-Toure. Rebic, Maignan, Giroud and Kjaer are expected to join the side on Monday following the extended holidays after the Euros. Kessie and Kalulu are participating in the Tokyo Olympics.
The Rossoneri played their first friendly against Pro Sesto last week and came away with a 6-0 win. This is the next game against Italian opposition prior to the clubs departing on their European Summer Tour sponsored by Socios.com which will involve fixtures against OGC Nice, Real Madrid, Valencia and Panathinaikos over about two weeks beginning at the end of the month.
