MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan are still scanning the market for opportunities to get a starting attacking midfielder despite securing Brahim Diaz on loan and giving him the no. 10 jersey. Milan have Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea FC as the top target but want him on a loan deal with options or a similarly favourable formula.
Carlo Pellegatti in his channel via MilanLive.it is reporting that Ziyech remains the top target as he is versatile hence could occupy the attacking midfield role or the right wing role. He also notes that it will be difficult to pull this off but could take advantage of Chelsea’s situation in August.
Santi Aouna of FootMercato spoke to Sempre Milan and commented:
“Milan are very interested in Ziyech. He’s at the top of their list. But this is not an obvious issue, especially for economic reasons. If they manage to get him signed, he will bring them a lot of good things.”
