Gazzetta dello Sport via MilanLive.it are reporting that Stefano Pioli is assessing midfielder Tommaso Pobega over the pre season as he will get a good opportunity to demonstrate his ability. The midfielder’s future is up in the air as there has been a low offer from Atalanta, loan offers and the option to be the fourth midfielder in AC Milan’s rotation. Atalanta have submitted a bid of 8 million euros but Milan consider this too low as the Rossoneri want to sell at around 15 million euros.

Calcio Mercato are reporting that Atalanta and Fiorentina are interested in the 22 year old midfielder who spent last season on loan at Spezia where he made waves. He had two assists and forced an own goal in the first pre season friendly announcing himself as an option. He has a contract until 2025 and the Rossoneri want 10-15 million euros to sell him.

It remains to be seen whether he gets the chance to remain at Milan or if the sale revenue is needed more to invest elsewhere.
