AC Milan Working On Contract Renewal For Danish Centre Back Following Outstanding Year

The defender will be an important part of the squad where his experience and leadership will be crucial.

Ekrem Konur is reporting that AC Milan are working on the contract renewal for centre back Simon Kjaer following his dominant season with Milan and admirable performance at the Euros for Denmark. He has shown leadership and maturity in all aspects of his game and could get an extension until 2023. His current deal expires at the end of the season. Milan are set to speak with his agent Mikkel Beck imminently to strike a deal.
