Gianluca di Marzio via MilanNews.it is reporting that AC Milan and Real Madrid are set to change the previously agreed upon formula for the return on attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz. He reports that the Spain U21 international will now arrive on a 2 year loan possibly with the buy out option and buy back clause.

MilanNews.it are reporting that the change is stemming from a tax issue. They are still confident the deal will go ahead after a minor delay.

AS are reporting that the two year loan deal is pretty much completed but Madrid want him to leave to get more playing time without losing control of him thus no buy out option is included in the deal. This is a major blow to Milan as the player is much appreciated by Stefano Pioli after his role last season.

Goal Spain are reiterating the desire from Madrid to not lose the player and confirm that no buy option will be included in the deal.
