Official: AC Milan Women Sign Swiss Striker From ASJ Soyaux To Bolster Attacker

The new no. 10 for the Rossonere will be a crucial player determining our performance in the league and Champions League.

AC Milan

AC Milan on their website have officially announced the signing of Nina Stapelfeldt.

The Swiss player, who plays as a forward and comes from ASJ Soyaux, has signed a contract with the Rossoneri until 30/06/2023 and will be wearing the number 10 jersey. She will be taking over the jersey from Natasha Dowie thus will have big boots to fill as the English striker leaves with 12 goals in the Serie A Femminile last season.

Stapelfeldt had 2 goals and 1 assist last season in 20 games last season. She will likely play alongside Valentina Giacinti and Lindsey Thomas in attack as the Rossonere look to implement a front three next season. Stapelfeldt has quite a bit of experience as she previously played for FC Twente in the Netherlands before her time in France where she won the league. The 26 year old has high expectations coming to Vismara but hopefully she will deliver.
