Gianluca di Marzio via MilanNews.it is reporting that AC Milan have struck an agreement with Real Madrid over the renewal of the loan for attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz this summer. Milan will take the Spain international on loan for another year for about 2-3 million euros and have an option to buy the player set at 22 million euros. The total transaction will not exceed 25 million euros if Milan buy him next summer. Madrid will maintain a buy back clause for the 21 year old as they have faith in him and it has been set at just 27 million euros which is very low from Milan’s perspective. Thus, if they wish to keep him, Milan would only make 2 million euros for 2 seasons worth of development and the club would have paid 2-3 million for the second loan.

The deal is expected to be announced in the coming days as Milan currently do not have a natural attacking midfielder in their squad.
