AC Milan Are Close To An Agreement For The Return Of Manchester United Right Back

The Portugal international exited the Euros last night hence the move could be good news for him.

Sky Italia are reporting that AC Milan are very close to an agreement to keep Manchester United right back Diogo Dalot thus summer following his year long loan at the club. The defender’s versatility is a big draw for the club as he covered both the right back and left back positions over the course of the year and often before even better out of his natural position. The clubs have been negotiating a deal for a couple of weeks now and the rumoured idea is a year long loan with an option to buy. The player reportedly is happy at the club and is pushing to stay as United do not seem have have a role for him. Milan appreciate his quality and his potential thus are working hard to keep him.

The 22 year old played 33 games for Milan in all competitions scoring 2 goals and providing 3 assists last season.
