Gianluca di Marzio via MilanNews.it is reporting that AC Milan are seriously watching Sampdoria attacker Mikkel Damsgaard as an option this summer especially following his impressive displays for Denmark at the Euros. The player has been in Serie A for just one season but has left a good impression making 37 apperances for Sampdoria in all competitions scoring 2 goals and providing 4 assists as he played as a left winger and attacking midfielder. The report notes that Milan are yet to make an official offer but are weighing up the opportunity for the 20 year old.
Calcio Mercato are reporting that Milan continue to keep tabs on the player but are concerned that the side is packed in the left winger department hence want a natural right winger as well as an out and out attacking midfielder. They report his price tag could be set at about 30 million euros which is certainly quite high.
