Sempre Milan are reporting that AC Milan have completed the signing of youth goalkeeper Fotios Pseftis from Asteras Tripolis for the Primavera this summer. The 18 year old spent the last season on loan with the club with an option to buy, Milan have exercised this option and will keep him permanently now. The player featured with the U18 side for most of the season but played some games for the Primavera too.
It remains to be seen if he will start for the Primavera as Andreas Jungdal is the current starter. There were rumours that Jungdal might be promoted to the first team to be the third goalkeeper behind Mike Maignan and Ciprian Tatarusanu for the season.
The report notes that Pseftis will be the third goalkeeper to join from Tripolis in recent seasons as Antonio Donnarumma (for the first team) and Nikos Michelis (for the Primavera) also joined from them.
