AC Milan and Brescia In A Stand Off Over The Permanent Purchase Of Young Central Midfielder

This would be a huge blow to the club if we lose hold of one of the Italian gems after already investing in him.

Tuttosport via Pianeta Milan are reporting that AC Milan’s option to redeem Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali on a permanent deal has expired as of the 15th of June and Milan are re-negotiating the terms of his arrival. Milan are yet to reach an agreement as they look for a discount on the outstanding 25 million euros owed as well as the 10% future resale value. Milan have already paid 10 million euros for the one year loan of the player. The situation is complex as Brescia are not interested in the counterpart offered by Milan at the moment in Primavera midfielder Giacomo Olzer. Brescia seem to want Lorenzo Colombo.

Corriere dello Sport via MilanNews.it are also reporting that Milan are entering a critical juncture of the talks as frustration grows over the distance between Milan’s offer and Brescia’s demand. The talks are still on and constant at the moment but there will likely be a cut off point soon.
