AC Milan on their website have officially announced the sale of left back Diego Laxalt to FK Dinamo Moscow after three seasons at the club. The defender will leave on a permanent deal following a number of loans spells away at Torino and then Celtic FC prior to this move. The 28 year old Uruguay international joins Dinamo Moscow from 1st July 2021 and has signed a three year contract with the Russian club.

Nicolo Schira is reporting that Milan will receive 3.5 million euros for the transfer of the player who arrived from Genoa for a whopping 18 million euros. The player struggled to dislodge Ricardo Rodriguez and Theo Hernandez from the starting spot.

Laxalt has played just 35 games for Milan across his three seasons at the club where he managed to provide 1 assist. The player started just 14 of those games and played his final official game for the club in July 2020 against Atalanta at home.
