AC Milan Improving Their Finances Ahead Of A Pivotal Summer Window

Ivan Gazidis has implemented a strategy of cost reduction and revenue expansion which has taken a sustainable approach to becoming competitive again. Milan have focused on growing their partnerships and the numerous small deals have accumulated and add up to increase the value and visibility of the club. The digital initiatives have also helped during the COVID times and merchandising has grown. The goal for Milan is to gain 100 million euros soon, 50 million from Champions league qualification and 50 million from ticketing at the San Siro.

MilanNews.it are reporting that the six month accounts look promising. As a result, they will be some scope for additional spending this summer which could be further expanded by Champions League qualification. The report notes that the club will look to raise some funds from sales of Castillejo, Conti, Laxalt and Caldara.
