Calcio Mercato are reporting that PSG striker Mauro Icardi has communicated with the club that he would like to leave in the summer. Leonardo is willing to sell him and thus will be listening to offers in the summer. The 28 year old striker is well known in Serie A as he formerly played for Sampdoria and Inter Milan where he was captain. He moved to PSG for 57 million euros on a salary of 9 million euros per year which are very large figures for Serie A clubs.

Nicolo Schira is reporting that the player’s wife and agent is looking to find him a new club as he is deemed excess to requirements in Paris after and inconsistent season. A move to Italy seems the likeliest option as the report notes that talks are open with AC Milan and Juventus over the opportunity.

Corriere della Sera via MilanNews.it are reporting that Milan are assessing the opportunity of signing Icardi as the other options are similarly costly but he brings experience.
