Peppe di Stefano of Sky Italia via MilanNews.it is reporting that AC Milan’s management held a meeting with Chelsea loanee Fikayo Tomori this week regarding the future of the centre back. Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara met Tomori at Casa Milan to discuss from a technical point of view as well as with regard to the future and a potential permanent deal. Tomori is valued quite high by Chelsea at 28 million euros but Milan are in awe of the defender given how well he has adapted to Serie A and he is likely to be redeemed this summer.
Tuttosport via MilanNews.it are reporting that the meeting took place and the player’s future was discussed for about an hour.
La Gazzetta dello Sport via MilanNews.it are reporting that the qualification for the Champions League will be key for this deal and that justifying the spend of 28 million euros will be easier if UCL is achieved.
