Gianluca di Marzio is reporting that AC Milan’s management met with the agents of Feyenoord midfielder Orkun Kökçü at Casa Milan yesterday. The Rossoneri are one of the teams keeping an eye on the Turkey international for the summer. The 20 year old is currently being explored as an option hence the meeting was more about discovery and figuring out a fit than to put forward an offer. He has a contract with the Dutch club until 2025 hence a rather large transfer fee can be expected for him.

The midfielder has 25 appearances for Feyenoord this season in all competitions where he has scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists. He plays as deep lying playmaker or an attacking midfielder.

Fabrizio Romano also confirmed that Milan met with his agents to explore the opportunity.

Dutch outlet VI are reporting that the midfielder is considered to be a possible reinforcement and his father was present at Casa Milan. He is also being followed by Leeds United and Leicester City. His club has turned down loan offers for the moment but the clubs poor finances at the moment could force them to sell.
