Gazzetta dello Sport via MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan have found an agreement with LOSC Lille goalkeeper Mike Maignan for a five year contract worth about 3 million euros a year as a contingency in case Gianluigi Donnarumma does not renew his contract. The goalkeeper is under contract with Lille until 2022 hence a transfer fee would need to be agreed with the club. The expected fee for him is set to be 18 million euros and the two clubs have a good relationship.

Calcio Mercato are reporting that Milan indeed have an agreement with the player and note that he would like the move to the Rossoneri. The report notes that the negotiations with the club hinge on Donnarumma’s response to Milan.

Nicolo Schira is reporting that the terms agreed are a contract until 2026 worth 2 million euros per year plus bonuses.

The player has 43 appearances this season in which he has kept 20 clean sheets. He has been a pillar for the side challenging for the Ligue 1 title.
