AC Milan In The Market For A Deputy Striker With Two Main Attack Targets Emerging

Milan are looking to reinforce for the future and a major player could be welcomed soon.

Gazzetta dello Sport via are reporting that AC Milan will likely make an investment in the attack this summer and are reporting on three names to support Zlatan Ibrahimovic who just renewed with the club for another year. Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina, Gianluca Scamacca from Sassuolo and Odsonne Edouard from Celtic FC are on their list. The money to arrive from Champions League qualification is crucial for any of the deals to materialise.

Pietro Balzano Prota is reporting that the search for a deputy striker is one of the three priorities for the management of Milan this summer.

Sky Italia journalist Manuele Baiocchini via is reporting that Scamacca or Vlahovic seem the likeliest to be picked by Milan. He adds that Andrea Belotti from Torino is an option as well as Donyell Malen from PSV Eindhoven who both have contracts expiring in the summer of 2022.

The takeaway is that the search is on and Milanisti should look forward to an important addition to the attack this summer which will be necessary if the Rossoneri want to compete for silverware next season.
