MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has surprisingly returned a negative result for COVID-19 after being tested upon his return from the Italian national team duty. News broke yesterday that Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci tested positive for COVID-19 and he and Donnarumma sat next to each other on the plane and even posted a photo together albeit with masks.
The situation is being monitored but the keeper seems to be returning a negative test hence will likely be available to Stefano Pioli for the game against Sampdoria tomorrow morning as the Rossoneri look to pick up another three points to pressure Inter Milan at the top.
