Fabrizio Romano is reporting that AC Milan are extremely happy with the performances of on loan Chelsea FC centre back Fikayo Tomori thus far this season. The England international has become an undisputed starter in the side covering for injured captain Alessio Romagnoli in the heart of defence. He notes that Milan want to buy the defender permanently but that nothing will be decided prior to the end of the season. He adds that there are no talks with Chelsea yet but the 28 million euro buy out option is what Chelsea will push for otherwise he will return.
Nicolo Schira is reporting that Milan indeed want to sign Tomori permanently and have a five year contract ready for the 23 year old defender. He reports that the management want to find an agreement with Chelsea as they hope to lower the agreed upon fee but this may be tough.
Milan previously failed to negotiate the permanent buy out of Tiemoue Bakayoko as Chelsea were firm on their asking price.
