AC Milan faced Parma on the road yesterday evening and came away with a big three points against the relegation bound side who often spoil our party. The squad looked refreshed and put the game to bed early. Leao announced his return with a goal whilst Rebic and Theo turned around their poor form. Kessie steals the show once again as he shows he is the leader of this side.

STARTING LINE-UP
Gianluigi Donnarumma: He made the incredible run of saves throughout the game but was unlucky to miss out on a clean sheet. 6/10
Pierre Kalulu: Kalulu looked good but did struggle on occasion to contain Gervinho on the break. He looks more composed with each game. 6/10
Simon Kjaer: Solid game for the defender as he cleared the lines well for most of the game. 6/10
Fikayo Tomori: Similar to the last game, it was quiet for him but he does find himself in some messy situations where clearing the line is needed asap. 6/10
Theo Hernandez: He finally released the ball when in a dangerous position and got himself an assist setting up Kessie. A better display from him. 6.5/10

Franck Kessie: Another top shelf performance from the midfielder, Parma are looking like his favourite opponent as he has scored against them pretty often. He is dominant and bags his 10th league goal of the season. 7.5/10
Ismael Bennacer: He is growing in confidence with each passing game and is getting the flow of the side back. His aggression in defence and composed distribution of the ball was much missed. 6.5/10
Alexis Saelemaekers: An average performance from the winger, his work rate was solid as usual but he lacked an edge going forward. 5.5/10
Hakan Calhanoglu: Something changed in the second half of the season and is yet to click for him. He performed as expected but nothing special. 5/10
Ante Rebic: We’ve been missing the sharpness that Rebic provided in the second half of last season and it seems to be arriving now. A clinical finish for the opening goal and a terror down that left wing. 7/10
Zlatan Ibrahimovic: A hit and miss performance. The striker kept the ball moving and contributed to both goals in the first half with an assist and a key pass. The sending off was unfortunate and will hurt us for the next game. It’s a shame he didn’t bag a goal. 7/10

SUBSTITUTES
Soualiho Meite: Meite was a good substituion following the red card and the goal as he added some aggression and muscle to the midfield. Solid display. 6/10
Diogo Dalot: He looked very comfortable in the blended winger role switching been the defensive and attacking phases. Incredible job to win the ball and get the assist for Leao. 6.5/10
Rade Krunic: Decent game, got the ball moving but did not do much of note. 6/10
Matteo Gabbia: Nice to see him get back on the pitch and he looked sharper than expected. Not much to do that late on. 6/10
Rafael Leao: A good cameo. He did well to get the goal and pick up some confidence. N/A
MANAGER
Stefano Pioli: Good squad choice and impactful substitutions. He used the additional options well and needs to continue down this steady path to get that UCL football. 6.5/10
