Players to Watch
Ante Rebic
Rebic is overdue to step up for the club this season. Ibrahimovic is single handedly carrying the attack for the club and Rebic needs to pull his weight. He has the pace to take on Conti or Laurini today and will need to exploit that wing otherwise we will struggle to break down their defence who will sit back throughout.
Graziano Pelle
Formerly, the highest paid player in the world when he played in China and even earlier a promising no. 9 for Italy. Pelle is a strange one as he will likely not cause us any trouble but he does have the ability to score terrible annoying goals by capitalising on our mistakes or indecision. Kjaer and Tomori need to be sound in their strategy to keep Gervinho at bay and Pelle frustrated.
Ismael Bennacer
Bennacer is back but is yet to demonstrate his ability to pull the strings in the midfield. When he gets going, he will be able to orchestrate wins for us. He needs to get Milan’s tempo up as we have looked sluggish in recent games and the slow build up makes us predictable. If he can get us upfield quick, we will get at least one goal on a counter.
Prediction: Parma 0 - 2 Milan
