MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan are considering FC Porto attacker as one of their top targets for the summer as he can occupy a number of positions especially playing as a right winger or a trequartista. Milan need a starting right winger and a back up trequartista in the summer hence his versatility makes him an ideal signing alongside the fact that he could be brought in on a free transfer as he is yet to renew his contract. Now, the idea of permanently signing Brahim Diaz seems unlikely hence this raises the chances for Otavio.

David Pereira of Diario de Noticias - a Portuguese publication - spoke to MilanNews.it and commented on the links of the Rossoneri with Otavio to say:

“He could be a good signing for AC Milan, although I wouldn’t dare to say that Otavio is stronger than Calhanoglu. Otavio will expire at the end of the season and is one of Porto’s best players. He is a technical player but he is also aggressive, he can playing in different positions also in midfield and on the flanks. Anyone who catches him will do a great deal.”
