Calcio Mercato are reporting that AC Milan are interested in PSV Eindhoven striker Donyell Malen as a potential long term option. Milan have followed him in the past and are now in urgent need of a striker this summer after the struggles with fitness issues for Zlatan Ibrahimovic this season. The Netherlands international is valued at about 30 million euros which is quite high but he has shown his ability over the past couple of seasons. He had 11 goals in 14 games in the league last season. This season he has 14 goals in 23 league games. Across all competitions he managed 22 goals and 8 assists thus far in 2020/21 and got 17 goals and 9 assists in 2019/20.
A Dutch outlet via Sempre Milan are reporting that Malen is being followed by Liverpool and is very likely to end up in the Premier League next season. They also note he is being followed by Borussia Dortmund hence Milan have quite a bit of competition to face.
