MilanNews.it are providing injury updates on a number of AC Milan players after the tie with Udinese in the mid week. Sandro Tonali was present at Milanello yesterday for some treatment on a small muscle issue but will likely be ok. There is optimism for him to be available for this weekend’s clash against Hellas Verona on the road. Tonali was withdrawn from the game at half time and Milan struggled without him as Meite did not provide adequate flow to the game.
Pierre Kalulu also had a minor issue and underwent therapy at Milanello. He is not expected to start this weekend but will be available for the game.
Moreover, veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic who is currently presenting the Sanremo Festival on the Italian Riviera was also present at Milanello yesterday. He did not take part in the training but did undergo some treatment for his injury which reoccurred in the game against AS Roma and has ruled him out for about 10 days at the least.
