MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan are looking less likely to take up their buy out option on Torino midfielder Soualiho Meite this summer. The French midfielder has been used quite a bit by Stefano Pioli especially off the bench but he has not added much to the team with his poor decision making and his constant errors. The report notes that the decision may be driven by the desire for the Rossoneri to redeem Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea alongside Sandro Tonali from Brescia hence Meite could be sacrificed to get the capital for those deals secure.

Meite has played 10 games for Milan in all competitions thus far providing 1 assist. Milan have lost 4 times and drawn 3 of those games. The midfielder has started 5 games but has not put in convincing performances and will likely lose his place once Ismael Bennacer returns in the coming weeks.
