Tuttosport via MilanLive.it are reporting that AC Milan have a big decision to make this summer over the direction of the midfield this summer to fill out their rotation. Milan took Soualiho Meite on loan from Torino in January and have an option to buy him for 8 million euros. The midfielder has not been exceptional since joining but seems to be growing in confidence and could change the impression of the club towards him by the end of the season. Milan are expected to have talks with Urbano Cairo in the coming weeks to discuss a solution.
The alternative track is that of former Milan Primavera midfielder Tommaso Pobega who has been crushing it at Spezia this season. The youngster is on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season. Milan do have a buy back clause and given his solid displays in Serie A, they will likely use this option and get him as part of the rotation alongside Kessie, Bennacer and Tonali for the next season.
