Injury Update On AC Milan’s Squad Ahead Of The International Break With Six Injured

The medical team needs to pull up their socks and get our players back up and running.

MilanNews.it are reporting on AC Milan’s injuries and suspensions heading into the international break.

Ante Rebic: He has an inflammation on his right hip hence did not face Manchester United and is suspended for two games in Serie A.

Rafael Leao: He is dealing with a minor hamstring injury on his left thigh thus will not be available for tonight game. Expected to return after the international break.

Alessio Romagnoli: He has a minor injury that is nagging to his left calf hence is out and will likely not feature for Italy in the break. Should return after the break.

Davide Calabria: He underwent surgery to his right knee and is out for a month to recover.

Mario Madzukic: He is in the recovery phase for a muscle injury. Return date is not certain.

Daniel Maldini: He is in the recovery phase for a muscle injury. Return date is not certain.

MilanNews.it are also reporting that the injured players have been given four days off and will return to Milanello next week on Tuesday. Over the break, Milan players will receive a rest between Tuesday 23rd and Sunday 28th March.
