Manchester United have announced on their website that the club and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer have a huge boost ahead of the second leg of the round of 16 against AC Milan at the San Siro. Three star players have returned to training in veteran Edinson Cavani, World Cup winner Paul Pogba and Champions League finalist Donny van de Beek. The three players add a wealth of experience and skill to the side which could be a big boost for the English side. Their starting goalkeeper David de Gea has also returned to training after he was in Spain for personal reasons. His return is another massive boost.
Both Pogba and Cavani have featured against Milan extensively with their times in Serie A with Juventus and Napoli/Palermo respectively. The duo should worry Stefano Pioli as they would add pace, dynamism and experience to the side whilst Milan could still go with their depth players.
