Achraf Hakimi

In the big games, especially where Milan have lost - Hernandez and Romagnoli have been exploited down that wing. Hakimi is quick, can shot, can square the ball and can win penalties. Milan will need to ensure he is subdued throughout the game so as to not let in any silly goals. He will be the one to watch as he opens up defences to feed Lukaku and Martinez.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Ibrahimovic will have a chip on his shoulder for this game. He let the team down last time, he allowed Lukaku to get the last laugh and Milan currently sit below Inter on the table with some poor form up against Inter’s red hot streak. The exact recipe needed for the former Sweden international to remind everyone who he is. Expect a fiery display and perhaps a match winning one.

Hakan Calhanoglu

Calhanoglu needs to have a good game. Full stop. When he flourishes and creates, we are a magical side to watch. When he has a bad game, we are beyond useless. He needs to bring Rebic and Ibrahimovic into the game early on for us to have any chance to hit them hard. We cannot afford to sit back in this game otherwise we will be punished by their intense pressing game and attacking pressure. Calhanoglu can ease this with just a few key passes to let the attackers in on goal.
