Goal are reporting that AC Milan intend to keep the 21 year old loanee Brahim Diaz at the end of the season. The Spain international joined from Real Madrid in the summer on a dry loan but with a gentleman's agreement to revisit a potential buyout option.
The report notes that Milan are willing to spend up to 30 million euros to keep the playmaker at the San Siro. The youngster is technically astute and brings out some incredible moments that can change the game but clearly needs more time to fully settle into Serie A. He remains a top talent.
Milan will look to open talks and Madrid are expected to listen to offers for the youngster who has made 25 appearances in all competitions for Milan thus far scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists thus far. Diaz is proving a good backup for Hakan Calhanoglu and could be a solid starter in a few seasons. The deal would hugely benefit Milan otherwise we will need to be on a hunt for another trequartista.
