AC Milan will play their first ever game at La Spezia against Spezia. Milan have met the side twice before and come away with solid wins but this team in unpredictable and will be allow us to walk over them. They have beaten Napoli, AS Roma and Sassuolo thus far in 2021. Milan will be watching the loan player Tommaso Pobega eagerly but will hope Kessie and Bennacer will reign in his influence on the game. A tricky fixture ahead of the derby but one that needs to be put to bed early and to get our starting eleven fit.

Players to Watch
Ismael Bennacer
Bennacer is expected to start this game at long last after a more than month long injury. He will also be taking part in a very physical game as Spezia’s midfield tend to get rough. The Algeria international will need to be quick and keep the ball moving in the middle of the park so as to ensure Milan do not get bogged down.
Emmanuel Gyasi
In a side that have Diego Farias, M’bala Nzola and Tommaso Pobega all on form; Gyasi will be the main threat running down the wings against both Hernandez and Dalot as he tends to swap around. Gyasi has scored two goals in the past three games and poses a very potent threat to Milan with his bursts of speed and his wicked shot. Milan centre backs will need to drop deeper to play in sweeper type roles to ensure we are not exposed from the wings.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Ibrahimovic will be looking to capitalise on his amazing performance last time out where he scored a brace against Crotone. He will be critical in breaking down a hard headed Spezia defence tonight as he looks to catch up in the Capocannoniere race and as he prepares for the derby next week. Look for a strong first half performance as well as an early substitution.
Prediction: Spezia 1 - 3 AC Milan
